Defective merchandise is eligible for a refund within 30 days after delivery. These defects include, but are not limited to:

Zipper malfunction

Ripped or torn fabric

Very poor quality materials

Obvious color differences

A major discrepancy between the photographed product and the actual product received.
I. Return Process
If you experience any problems after receiving your item, please email our customer service team at: cs@crestoladry.store
To guarantee a fast and smooth return process:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once we receive your email, we will respond within 24 hours.

Do not return products directly to the address on the original package. The correct return address will be provided by our customer service team. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
II. Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days after delivery. We are committed to customer satisfaction, and our support team is always here to assist you.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags/labels attached).

We are fully or partially responsible for the following issues within 30 days:

⚠️ We do not accept complaints or provide compensation for sizing issues due to personal preference.
⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.
⚠️ Promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
III. Exchange & Refund
You are guaranteed a refund once we receive your returned item(s).
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order for the one you prefer.
IV. Shipping Fee
Cresto Ladry is not liable for return shipping fees in the following cases:

Subjective preferences or dislike of the item
V. Returned Package
After returning your item(s), please provide us with the tracking number for the return shipment.
